The job further includes Complete cleaning/servicing and chemical cleaning of the evaporater/ heating coil by spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. . Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings and Checking the refrigeration system, motor and starters for performance and ensuring healthy condition of the plant.. Overhauling of all the required components of the equipment at site or in workshop as and when required. The job also involves refilling of refrigerant gas R410 as and whwn required and also replacement of the overheated/burnt/damaged MNX-A2-04 No’s, VSP Single phase preventer-02 No’s with new ones and also replacement of all the damaged wiring in the VRV units . The job further includes repair of control units of VRV’s wherever required The Job also involves repeated cleaning /servicing of all the units as and when required and also cost of technician when required throughout the season as per the recommendation and instructions of the site Engineer. The job includes dismantling main electrical Supply and then replacing all the burnt electrical wiring with new wiring with the help of proper thimbling and taping. The Job includes repair to leakage of MS chillar pipe lines connected to ceiling suspended units by draining out all the water from the chillar pipeline and then removing the damaged / rusted portion with help of cutter and fitting the same specification pipe by welding/brazing at different places wherever required to stop the leakage of water and then insulation is provided on the chillar pipeline to avoid the temperature loss from the chilled water. The job includes complete cleaning of coils by spraying chemical till the foam goes off and the cleaning process is repeated till the cooling coils are totally cleaned .
