Note for Financial Bid: 1. All line items must comply with technical specifications and Scope of Work, including all applicable licenses, active/passive cabling, accessories, installation, commissioning, configuration, AMC, warranty, and back-to-back OEM support for the entire contract duration. 2. Quantities in the tables are indicative and used for commercial evaluation. SCADL will issue orders based on actual requirements at the time of placing the order. 3. Actual bandwidth quantities may vary based on field survey. SCADL will issue a work order to the TSP after the bidder completes the survey and confirms bandwidth requirements. 4. Quantities mentioned are based on current assessment. At implementation, actual quantities will be considered. Payment will be made based on executed quantities at quoted rates. 5. SCADL reserve the right to delete any product/equipment before final implementation and remove any BOQ line item. 6. Bandwidth rates shall be reduced proportionately if TRAI revises prevailing rates during the contract period. 7. Bidder must upload a detailed priced BOQ online. No field should be left blank. 8. All out-of-pocket expenses (boarding, lodging, travel, etc.) must be included in the quoted price. No separate payment will be made. 9. Refer to the quantity variation clause in Section 13.25 of client RFP. 10. Rates for dismantling and reinstallation shall remain valid for the entire contract duration. Quantities are indicative; bidder must perform additional dismantling/reinstallation at the same quoted rate. Cost must include all allied activities; no extra payment will be made. 11. Provide breakup of all taxes, duties, and levies wherever required. 12. SCADL reserves the right to request proof of payment for any taxes, duties, or levies indicated. 13. If GST rates change during the project, adjustments will apply as per government norms with supporting documents. 14. Quoted rates may be considered for additional procurement/payment in future. 15. Lump Sum items shall have quantity as one (1) in the BOQ; bidder must quote as a complete package/solution. 16. No additional cost beyond quoted BOQ rates will be paid. Bidder must include all associated costs in their commercial bid. No claims for extra cost will be entertained.

Note: • Any software, firmware, embedded application, OEM utility, driver, operating module, controller software, management component, or mandatory basic license that is supplied by default with the hardware or is required for the hardware to function as intended under the project shall be deemed included in the quoted cost of that hardware item. No additional payment shall be made for such components unless specifically identified as a separate payable BOQ line item. • Detailed break-up / calculation of the O&M cost for the above line item(s), including componentwise scope, manpower if any, software / license support, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, replacements, Data storage /cloud / connectivity / recurring services wherever applicable, shall be submitted separately by the successful bidder at the time of signing of the Work Order / Agreement. However, the quoted amount in the Financial Bid shall be deemed to include the complete O&M scope as per tender conditions and should not vary from finanacial bid, and no additional payment shall be made by TCIL/ SCADL / AMC on this account. • As the project scope has significantly changed from the initial RFP, bidders may propose their system architecture and project design accordingly. In this regard, an extension of up to 30% for computing and GPU-related line items may be granted, subject to approval by the competent authority.
