Comprehensive maintenance of 60 KVA UPS installed at every 3 months or as and when directed by Enger-in-Charge as per requirement by a qualified technician of OEM, comprising of the following outlined services :- Notes:- (i) The Contractors technical team shall visit the installation site for periodic preventive maintenance, check up of the UPS system and batteries every month. System shall be cleaned and general performance will be checked and report shall be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) DC back up source will be maintained by applying white petroleum jelly, checking / servicing of batteries including toping up of distilled water etc as applicable. (iii) Apart from the periodic preventive maintenance visits, all breakdown calls for the systems covered under the contract shall be attended / troubleshooted including Sunday and holidays. (iv) Cost of all the minor spares (including Inverter Transformer) to put the UPS in working condition shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted complete however supply of major components shall be measured under relevant Items. (v) Response time during normal working hours shall not be more than 4 Hrs from the time of receipt of complaint and the resolution time shall be maximum 48 hrs, based on the nature of complaint and replacement of components and boards. vi) Standby UPS of similar capacity shall be provided by the contractor on site till the repair of UPS. Transport / rent of the same shall be borne by the contractor during the contract period and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include this aspect complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for decarburizing / cleaning complete of 11KV cubicle type VCB panels consisting of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chamber, CTs, PTs and relay chamber, checking the bus bar and circuit spouts, CTs/ PTs for any arcing / tracks, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying becktol red varnish, cleaning of metering and relay chamber, checking & replacement of burnt wires, checking & tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of incoming / outgoing system & all connections to arrest the loose contacts, supply & replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts, applying mono-plast compound at bus bar joints after tightening all joints / connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: M&L for re-insulation of serviceable coils will be measured & paid separately under relevant items.
