REPAIR/ MAINT AND CALIBRATION OF DG SETS/ AMF PANELS INSTALLED IN TECHNICAL AREA AND SALAWAS AT AF STN JODHPUR

Servising of Diesel Engine Generating sets 15 to 50 KVA Rating to be carried out as per schedule given as under. B- check:- (Every 100 Hrs or 6 months whichever is earlier) (i) Fluid levels - Check and top off coolant, oil, and fuel levels as needed. (ii) Oil and Filter change - Change the engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter and bypass filter. (iii) Air filter replacement - replace the Air filter. (iv) Replace the water separator (v) Radiator cleaning - Clean the radiator with chemical cleaner (vi) Leakage inspection - Check for any leaks in the fuel, coolant or oil system and make necessary repairs (vii) Battery inspection - inspect the battery including terminals, for corrosion and ensure proper voltage (viii) General Inspection - Visually inspect the generator for any damage, loose parts or signs of wear, loose wire connection in terminal boxes. (ix) V- Belt Condition - Check the condition of belts (x) Exhaust system - Inspect the exhaust system for leaks and ensure proper operation (xi) Electrical system - Check the electrical system for any issues or loose connections and make necessary repairs (xii) Fire Extinguisher - Ensure the fire extinguisher is present, charged and in good working condition complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Necessary minor repair works, control wiring and materials shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. (b) Relavant spares which are replaced in repair works shall be measured and paid as supply only.

All as per Item No. 01 above, but 62.5 kVA to 100 kVA.

All as per Item No. 01 above, but above 100 kVA and upto 160 kVA.

All as per Item No. 01 above, but above 160 kVA and upto 250 kVA.

All as per Item No. 01 above, but above 250 kVA and upto 400 kVA.

C- Check:- (Every 1500 Hrs or 1 year whichever is earlier) (i) Pollution level - Monitor exhaust emissions and ensure they meet envirnomental standards. (ii) Oil and Filters - Change enginer oil, oil filters, fuel filters, and bypass filters to maintain engine health and performance. (iii) Air filter - Replace the air filter to ensure proper air flow and prevent damage to the engine (iv) Water separator - Change the water separator (v) Cooling system - Clean the radiator and check the coolant level to ensure proper cooling and prevent over heating (vi) Gaskets check - Inspect and potentially replace gaskets in various chambers to prevent leaks and ensure proper sealing (vii) Load testing - cary over the load bank tests as required and submitt the test report kept on record complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Necessary minor repair works, control wiring and materials shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. (b) Relavant spares which are replaced in repair works shall be measured and paid as supply only.

All as per Item No. 06 above, but above 100 kVA and upto 160 kVA.
