Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, with in premises of KMML at locations pointed out by Engineer in-charge in all kinds of soil, within a lead of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Demolishing RCC work manually / by mechanical means including cutting and stacking of reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material within premises of KMML as per direction of Engineer in-charge, with in a lead of 1km for all lifts.
Banking earth/soil/sand in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, including excavation and conveyance of available earth / soil / sand from a lead distance up to 2km and for all lifts
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches in all kinds of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift, up to 3m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil up to a lead of 50m, as directed by the Engineer in-charge within the premises of KMML. The rates shall include bailing out water, and keeping the sides from collapsing using necessary timbering, planking, and shoring.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, for lead up to 50m and lift up to 3m.
Disposal of excess earth by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to a distance up to 1km in the premises of KMML for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer in-charge.
Providing hard core layer of required thickness using 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones after compacting the underlying soil, spreading and levelling the stones and then spreading a layer of 6mm downgraded crushed aggregates on top of the broken metal layer and it shall be watered in order to force the crushed fine aggregates into the void spaces of the broken stone and repeat the process till all the voids are filled with crushed fine aggregates right up to the edges of hard core layer, including cost of all materials and labour charges etc, complete.
Casting 500mm diameter bored cast in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles in M35 grade concrete after boring by Direct mud circulation method as per IS 2911- Part 1/sec 2, having minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum of concrete, using Portland Pozzolana cement conforming to IS 1489, river sand / manufactured sand conforming to IS 383, 20mm or less size graded hard granite broken stones, admixtures to concrete as per IS 9103, water as per IS 456 and reinforced with High strength deformed bars of 500D grade conforming to IS 1786 for the entire length of piles. All the materials used in the casting of concrete shall be done with the approval of Engineer in-charge. The rate shall include the cost for all plants, tools, materials, labour andother services for boring the piles including mobilisation and de- mobilisation of piling rigs, boring to the required depth and stabilisation of hole with bentonite slurry or other required material to suit site conditions, making channels in the ground, making service roads and arrangements for transportation and disposal of muck (The muck will be treated as owned by the contractor and it will be the responsibility of the contractor to dispose the muck without causing environment damage with necessary permission from the concerned authority and consultant / client to be informed well in advance on the disposal methodology before starting the work), cleaning the bores with water, lowering the reinforcement cages, concreting, excavating and levelling the ground exposing piles to a depth of 150mm below cut-off level after curing and gaining sufficient strength. Rate of reinforcement and excavation for pile cap shall be paid extra - For piles up to length of 25m below cut-off level. (Payment shall be made for length of pile below cut off level only) Truck mounted rotary tube well boring machine shall not be used for piling works

Chipping and removing weak concrete at the top of RCC piles to the cut off level in line and levels carefully, manually / mechanically without damaging the remaining portion of pile and exposing the reinforcement, cleaning the reinforcement off any loose concrete particles, and removing the debris to places pointed out within the project premises as directed by the Engineer in-charge.
Carrying out routine vertical load testing of piles having a safe load greater than 500kN in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchorpiles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer in-charge. Test Load shall be 1.5 times the Safe capacity of pile. Dynamic method of testing is not permitted.
Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer in- charge.

One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment up to 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the sqm Engineer in-charge. (c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti-static high- pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip non- combustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High-Pressure laminate with non-Warp technology up to 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm. The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non-combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991,in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metalT-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x25x2 mm. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer in- charge.
Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing polyester powder coated aluminium work in frame and shutters for doors, windows, ventilators, and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required diameter and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions with silicone sealants to prevent water ingress i.e., at top, bottom, and sides. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, made tight with EPDM rubber / neoprene gaskets and, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, hinges for shutters and all other necessary fixtures, including aluminium handles and bolts all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in- charge. (Glazing / panelling to be paid for separately). Powder coating shall be of ivory white colour with a minimum thickness of 50 micron.
