RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to provide Warranty for 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty on the AC complete unit, 5 years warranty on PCB and 10 Years Warranty on Compressor

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance for payment terms i.e. 100% within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition and successful installation

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to provide Installation & testing of AC?s at site under the supervision of the authorized person of the supplier

OptionalBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered

OptionalBidder should submit detailed technical specifications with catalogue if any

OptionalBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection. The prices should be quoted only online
