SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XIV (MISC ITEMS) (Note: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix wall mounted fan of dia 450mm sweep with 3 blades complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for High Density Polyethylene pipes (HDPE), 300mm dia, of pressure rating of 6kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for SFRC cover slab, foot steps for manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anaerobic package type modular septic tank of capaciy 1800 Litre (25 Users), maintenance free, placed over 150 mm thick PCC base of mix 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), connecting with inlet and outlet pipe including excavation and earthwork, in any type of soil, backfilling with sand complete, all as per manufacturer instruction. Make:- Sintex Model No PWTS-AM 180-01 or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

Construction of Soakage wells size of 1.20 m dia x 3.00 m effective depth, including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber made of brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/ DWC, filled with brick bats complete as specified and shown on drawing no CEAA/TD/80 sheet no 1/2 and 2/2.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set of 62.5 KVA capacity 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures (should have salient features) modular bolted construction & pure polyster based coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application / installation, integrated design thereby facilitating / easy handling. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be approved by National Physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest regulations / norms with fuel tank, battery & standard accessories & PCC platform of appropriate dimension for acoustic enclosure 45 cm above ground level as recommended by manufacturer, tools & spares as provided by manufacturer including weather shade made with MS pipes minimum 80 mm dia and PVC sheet all as specified and as directed with the following specifications: (A) ENGINE- Water cooled diesel engine of at 1500 RPM capacity to match the 62.5 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS 5514 / IS 1001/ 10002 the engine shall consist of the following :- (i) Fly wheel with starter ring (ii) Flexible coupling with guard (iii) Cooling fan (iv) Radiator with guard and water pump engine mounted (v) Dynamo of suitable capacity (vi) Air cleaner heavy duty dry (vii) Fuel injection pump (viii) Radiator fan (Blower type) with guard (ix) Mechanical governer (x) Fuel filter (mounted)

(B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR (I) Alternator coupled to engine indigenous make through a flexible coupling mounted on sturdy steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation brushless alternator shall be confirming to BS-2613 or relevant IS 4722/ IS 13364 (ii) Type: Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator (iii) Rating: 62.5 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition (iv) Speed: 1500 RPM (v) System: 415 V +/- 2.5 % AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz (vi) Connection: 4 wire star connected (vii) Enclosure: Screen protected drip proof (viii) Ventilation: Self ventilated (ix) Insulation: Insulation class H (C) CONTROL PANEL The control panel with aluminium bas bar, bottom entry and exit of cable current transformer, set of control fuses, multifunctional meter, it should display time and date, volts, frequency, current, KW, KWH, FP, RPM, cumulative Run Hours, Oil pressure, Coolant temp, Charging current (DC Amp meter), Emergency off, factory made floor mounted, totally enclosed, epoxy powder coated suitable for 62.5 KVA DG set including all necessary operating controlled devices as stated above and MCCBs as outgoing with protection fuse for panel instruments duly wired with flexible copper conductor cable and cable connection with lugs/thimbles complete as per latest IS/BS and all as specified and directed. (D) ONE SET OF ACCESSORIES COMPRISING OF:- (a) Battery: Heavy duty battery one No 24 plates 12 v 180 AH (1No) connected to the system fully charged including lead and bty terminals complete. (b) Base plate: Fabricated out of MS channels ISMC of suitable size suitable for fixing of DG set all specified by the manufacturer

(E) AMF PANEL The panel suitable for 62.5 KVA DG set factory made out of CRCA steel 16 SWG sheet floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel would be powder coated minimum thickness of 50 microns, stove enameled paint finished after elaborate pre-treatment to form a long lasting characteristic. The control panel will be completed in all respect with fuses, wiring and labels etc, the following will be incorporated in the AMF panel. The AMF panel should containing wood ward controller model no easy Gen 1500 with connected wiring and SCADA compatible PLC and SCADA based GPRS modem and POL sensor and all connected accessories:-

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21 KA for 3 Sec Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 3 – way comprising of 01 Nos. motorized operated load breaker witch and 02 nos. 630 Amps fixed type motorized spring charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas filled, welded stainless steel 304/441 or better IP 67 Degree of Protection tank with min thickness , 2 to 2.5 mm thick for load bearing member and 1 to 1.6 mm for non load bearing member, internal arc classification, 21 KA for 1 sec on site repairable with site replicable / coupling / mechanism, etc. The enclosure shall have pad lockable doors as per OEM design, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes ensure fail safe anti theft protection. Material and labour for PCC route indicator pedestal type of size 60cm x30cm x 10cm made out of RCC with 10mm dia rod circular type above the GL 30cm and below 30Cm with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 above GL, PCC (1:4:8) in foundation below ground level duly engraved HT/LT cable etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix FRP junction box for flood light central with linked door control incl 6 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar-04 nos of 100 Amp capacity for controling flood light complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including laying HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS clamp and GI bracket suitable for flood light fitting on pole and junction box size as per site requirement with and connected complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing Elevated taxiway Edge light including Isolating transformers, Connector kit as required and depositing the same to CCR store yard and shall be collect the same as and when required for re-installtion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old PVC conduit, any dia/ size after excavation in over area, below ground level for Taxi way elevated lights and depositing the same to CCR store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old primary cable, any size by pulling from existing conduit for elevated MAFI light and depositing the same to CCR store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Installation of conduit pipe of any size for Taxi way elevated lights complete all as specified and directed. Note: Conduit shall be supplied by the Users.

Installation of primary cable of any size for Taxi way elevated lights complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cable shall be supplied by the Users.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Cast iron transformer housing boxes alongwith elevated taxiway fittings with base cement all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top finished slope including excavation of side shoulder (bituminous/ cement concrete/ soft soil) surfaces and refilling etc. Complete all as required (wherever the transformer boxes are not in line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line). Note : 1.TH Box and elevated taxi way edge light shall be collected from MES store yard as obtained from above referred item of BOQ . 2. Certain new items such as plates, gaskets,connectors,primary cable) addition to dismantled if required shall be provided by CCR/ MES Store yard.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 750 x 750 x 1000 mm deep for sluice valve chamber etc. with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, plastering, PCC coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including excavation and earth work in any type of soil as shown on drawing no. CEAA/TD/57 complete all as specified and directed.

SPECIAL ITEMS

Supply and fix glass cabin for shower facility in toilet block, size 1.20 x 1.20 mtr (approx) including complete builders hardware and 01 No. glass door complete all as specified and directed. Make - Jaguar or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

Supply and fix wall mounted wooden cabinet of size 1.20x0.30x0.75 mtr with semi waterproofing 18 mm thick plywood and 1.00 mm thick sunmica in white colour inside and 1.2 mm thick sunmica all around outer side complete including complete builders hardware, 02 nos handle in each cabinet and fixing in wall complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : Amount of credit of Rs. 8700.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 64 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
