Providing and appying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.7 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification claue 502 . Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom and Air compresser as per Technical Specification Clause 503..(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm -11.2 mm aggregates using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with three wheel static roller 80-100 KN capacity ,finished to required level and grades to be follwed by seal coat of Type -C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of un reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30(Grade) coarde and fine aggregates confoming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggreagate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer sealant near aapproaches and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth ad directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc.(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Concrete with 4cm. gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work.
