Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damages to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side .Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) .All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines ,grades, sides slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in conformity with the requirement of MoRD technical specification for Rural Road, Section. 300 & 1600 to achive designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites safe manner and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. During the mobilisation period, contractor should take the advanced x-sec in 15 m interval of whole road length in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his representative. In case the advanced x-sec has been taken in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge representative, in that case the same has to be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account,filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer in-charge for smooth riding.The recovery for stones, whether useful or 391.38cum in all cases, @ Rs. 300/- only per Cum. Shall be affected on prorta basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 including haulaging of materila in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by all means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal of all excavated earth, in all leads and lifts as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603.1 and as per directions of The Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidents. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:4:8 (One Cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification rural roads section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 including carriage of materials upto all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall and retaining wall with granular material complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Section 1200 &1600 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry /stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) Dia (inner Dia) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v);20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MoRD technical specifications section 1200 and as per entire satisfaction, direction by Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts. The rate is including octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1300 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2.5:5( 1 cement :2.5 Sand :5 graded stone aggregate) M-15 , and curing complete including the cost of Farm work with steel plates and filled by bitumen drums in dressiest as per drawing and HPPWD technical specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC M-10 (1:3:6 Nominal mix) with 20mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and MoRD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materail in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer in charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
