Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with of floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick

Repair to pilaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm and under and 10 to 15 to 15mm thick i/c cutting the patch in proper shap and repilastering the surface of the wall i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtr with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand)

Prooviding wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearestory windows and other framed and fixed in postion. 1st. Class hard wood/sal wood.

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40mm thick Ist. Class Deodar Wood.

Taking out doors , Windows & clear story windows shutter (steel/wood) i/c stacking within 20Mtr. Lead. Not exceeding 3 sqm. In area

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:-(a) In trusses and trussed purlins in building.

Providing & Fixing 1mm thick M.S sheet garrage door with frame of 40 mmx40mmx6mm angle iron 3.15mm m.s gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessery fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint. Using Flats 30mmx6mm for diaganal braces.

Providing and fixing M.S. B.P sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling i/c cutting fixing & welding to steel roof members & appling a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.( base mambers of steel work shall be measured & paid sepertely.

P/F 15cm wide 45cm overall semi circuler plain G.I sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm size bolt & nuts & washers etc. including making neccesery conection with rain water pipe complete as per design 0.80mm thick sheet

Providing CGI Sheet roofing fixed with galavanized iron J or L hooks bolts nuts hooks 8mm dia mtr. With bitumen & G.I limpet washers filled with white lead complete. Excluding the cost of purlines refters & trusses 0.63mm thick sheet.

P/F plain asbestus sheet lining with butt jointing & wood screw (frame work & cover) fillets to be measured & paid for sepreatly 4 mm thick

Providing plinth protection under layer of 75mm thick bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well ramed and consolidated and ground with fine sand including prepration of ground finished with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) and fixing oxidized M.S hooks and eyes 150mm long.

Distempering (two coats) with oil boud washable disremper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and menufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint. a) White paint.

Suppling & Fixing Glass panes with putty & nails including removal of brocken glass pans wherever necessery of sizes 4mm thick plain glass

Providing & fixing vitreous china wash basin with single hole for pillar tap with CI or MS brackets painted white including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings flat back 630 x450mm of reputed make.

Providing and fixing PVC connection.

Providing & fixng PVC waste pipe for wash basin or sink 32mm dia.
