Amount

Excavation in hilly area in all types of soil/rock by any means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with any lift & any lead as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603 including hauling / carriage of all labour, euipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, & blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling / wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met due to stream flow, seepage, rain and other causes, it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and dewatering, the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost , including dressing of slopes and beds, setting out conforming to required lines, grades , side slopes as shown in the drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and transportation of soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking, leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305. All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along the road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution or disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

Providing and laying concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and HPPWD/MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 in Plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand : Twelve graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work complete including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 in plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work complete including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 PCC grade M-10 {nominal mix in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : Three sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre )nominal size } within all leads and lifts of materials including hauling/ carrige through all modes of transports and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in super structure as per drawings and technical specifications clause 800, 1401 in PCC grade M-20 (M-Twenty ) using graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work , hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in super structure as per drawings and technical specifications clause 800, 1401 in RCC grade M-20 (M-Twenty ) using graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work , hauling/ carriage of materials , labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in super structure complete as per drawings and technical specifications clauses 800, 1401 in RCC grade M-25 using graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size upto any height including form work complete in all respect within all leads and lifts of materials as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure including binding wire complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1001 upto any height complete in all respect within all leads and lifts of materials as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Coursed rubble stone masonry (Second sort) in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement :Five sand ) for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of dry stone masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. as per drawing and technical specification clause 704.6 & 1302.5 and scaffolding etc. complete in all respects including hauling/ carriage of materials , labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1206.3 with granular material including hauling/ carriage of materials , labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20 (H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1206.6. within all leads & lift including carriage of materials & as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of R.C.C. railing of M 25(Twenty five ) grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size aggregate, true to lines and grades, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1(One ) in 500 (Five hundred ) , centre to centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm(Two thousand millimetre ) as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1404.3.3 within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1404.5 within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement :Two sand ) but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per technical specification clause 1101 with pipe of 900mm (Nine hundred millimetre ) dia complete in all respect including hauling/ carrige of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble flooring complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1303.3 including hauling / carriage of all labour, euipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting a “W” metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (Three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail to be kept 70 cm(Seventy centimeter) above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x 75x5mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) to be spaced 2 metre (Two metre ) centre to centre to be kept 1.80m (One point eighty metre ) high and to be kept 1.10 mtr. (one point one zero meter) below ground/ road level. All steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process. All fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS 1364 as amended upto date, metal beam to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of channel section 150x 75x 5mm, 330mm(One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre comma three hundred thirty millimetre ) long complete as per clause 8.11 conforming to MORTH (Ministry of road transpoprt and highway) specification (Latest revision) including all fittings required for erection at road site including carriage of materials within all lifts & leads and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (Four millimetre ) dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mmx 100mm (One hundred millimetre x One hundred millimetre ) mesh (woven diagonally ) including 10(Ten) percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg.(Twenty five kilogramme ) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 complete in all respects including hauling/ carriage of materials, labour equipments to various locations through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Construction of hill side V-Shape drain 0.45 x 0.25 ( zero point four five x zero point two five ) metre) laying 10 cm ( Ten centimetre thick) M-10 (M Ten ) grade nominal mix in cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : Three sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) in accordance with the requirement of technical specification clause 1606.1, true to lines , grades, . dimensions and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification including hauling/carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of P.C.C. parapet with cement concrete mix 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate) as per drawing and technical specification of HPPWD nominal mix including form work and hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid separately ) depending upon the classification of soil complete as per HP.PWD specification including hauling/carriage of all labour ,equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub grade complete as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providinig well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification clause 401 by mix in place method including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by mechanical mean including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by mechanical mean including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 (Zero point seventy- One point zero ) Kilogram/Square metre using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including hauling /carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with paving bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distribution at the rate 0.25 Kg.(Zero point twenty five kilogram ) to 0.30 Kg. (Zero point thirty kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling /carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm(Twenty five millimetre ) thick compacgted SDBC with 60-80 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 50(Fifty) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, @ 5(Five ) percent of mix and filler and transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRD specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement as per technical specification clause 303 including hauling /carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (i) to (viii) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specification of Ministry of rural Development for rural roads 2014(two thousand fourteen) for rural roads including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge.
