SERVICES
Water Side of ATU/HE/Evaporator
Record the temperature differential between inlet and outlet after running AC for at least 24 hours
Remove lagging of inlet/ outlet pipeline of the chilled water system of ATU / HE / Evaporator and dismantle the lines
Rig up pump motor/ tank for circulation of chemicals
Flush the system with water so as to remove all dirt prior to chemical run. Chemical solution should not corrode/ chemically react thereby reducing strength of ATU/ HE/ Evaporator coils and system pipes
Flush the system with fresh water and neutralize the chemicals with suitable neutralizer. The firm is to certify that the system is free of chemicals. The unit reserves the right to test the flushed water for presence of residual chemicals
Refit pipe lines and pressure test and prove the system for no leakages
Re-lag pipes post successful pressure test. Plugging of tubes if any up to 10% will be the liability of the contractor
POP application on trunking & joints as applicable
Removal and fitment of trunking and gaskets removed during cleaning
MFMB lagging / cold lagging as applicable
PUF insulation including die as applicable
Pre-filter drip tray and drains to be cleaned of each ATU/HE/Evaporator
Air Side of ATU/HE/Evaporator
Degutting of Lagging
Removal of HE from trunking wherever required
Chemical cleaning of fins and tubes
Water jet spray cleaning of the external surfaces to ensure complete removal of chemical / solution used for cleaning
Re-fitting of HE and requisite trunkings
De-lagged areas to be re-lagged with same new lagging materials as used on the system
Check and record the heat exchange across HE before and after cleaning
Check and record air flow rate at sufficient points across the HE before and after cleaning
POP application on trunking & joints as applicable
Removal and fitment of trunking and gaskets removed during cleaning
MFMB lagging / cold lagging as applicable
