RCC M-25, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel framed work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified & directed Note : Unit rate shall deemed to include locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent up portion as directed.

Barbed razor tape concertina coil SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire as approved by GE, dia of coil when stretched 1000mm having minimum number of circles 12 RM to 13 RM, minimum number of clips 15/RM & minimum weight of coil 0.96 Kg/RM hot dip galvanised, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 nominal mix, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other ends, or screwed both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10cm but n exc 20cm long, diametre of shank 10 to 15mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 4.00mm dia galvanised steel wire, conforming to IS:2721:2003, 50x50mm mesh including line wires, straining bolts, binding wire etc, complete all as specifed & directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Boulder (size 150mm to 300mm) filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds, complete all as specified & directed. (Wire crate shall be measured & paid for seperately under respective item).

4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 125x125mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified & directed.

300mm thick PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in aprons, base slab supported on base floors and similar work, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessory form work, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed & directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed.

Concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe, grade ‘A’ internal dia of pipe 150mm, laid in trenches and jointed including demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified & directed.
