a. Extraction of 24000 GPH submersible mono block pump set by using tools and tackles required for extraction of pump set out of the open well cage at Wanpora LIS. (2.11.1) b. Disconnecting of all motor leads of 10 Hp submersible mono block pump set of Wanpora LIS at site, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator and complete disassembly as per requirement. Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, and handling of various items of submersible pump set of Wanpora LIS to workshop, in a load carrier auto, mini-van or similar with 1.0 km lead (01 trip, item code 1.01) d. Extra per km for lead > 20.0 km approximately 22km ( item code 1.2.24) e. Complete rewinding of stator coils of 3 phase, submersible 10 Hp motor, with suitable copper wire by way of p/f of finished new electrolytic grade submersible copper wire (06 kg) ( item code 9.1.1) f. Credit value of scrap copper as per actual (4.8 kg)(item code 15.38.1) g. Fabrication, providing and fitting of GM bush to the pump set. (3 no.) (item code 3.2.1) h. Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading, and handling of various items of submersible pump set of Wanpora LIS from workshop to site, in a load carrier auto, mini-van or similar with 1.0 km lead (01 trip, item code 1.01) i. Extra per km for lead > 20.0 km approximately 22km ( item code 1.2.24) j. Assembling of submersible pump set and re installation at site after carrying out necessary repairs using tripod, tools and tackcles, testing on full load. (item code 2.12.1) k. Providing and fitting of 100mm dia canvas pipe of superior quality of sufficient strength to withstand the working pressure 90m including PVC connectors (03 No.) and clamps (4 no.) l. Topping of 25 kVa transformer of Wanpora LIS by means of p/filling of 20 L t.oil of specific grade.
