REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT/ RENEWAL OF PCC FLOOR, WALL, TILING, SANITARY / BATH FITTINGS, PLASTER, PLATFORMS/ SHELVES, SUNKEN SLAB ETC AND ALLIED WKS AT CERTAIN MD ACCNS AT MILITARY STATION KANCHRAPARA UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

(a) Demolition of old sunken surfaces complete and cleaning of all loose particles and apply cement slurry @3.00 kg / sqm on old surfaces by brushing. (b) Provide PCC 1: 1.5:3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (c) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (d) Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50Kg per Sqm and binding with clean dry sand @ 0.05Cum per Sqm (e) After laying of all sewage/plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, apply two coats of polymeric based chemical as per manufactures instructions over bottom and sides of sunken portion upto 600 mm height. (f) polythene film,150 micron thick laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30to 0.50 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (g) Fill the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using brick aggregate. (h) Fixing of 50 mm dia CPVC pipe projecting 450 mm clear of face outer wall shall be provided to drain out seepage water if any. (j) Testing of sunken as per specification mentioned in SSR part-I/ P.S. (NOTE : CPVC pipe, WPC and PCC 1:5:10 measured and paid separately, Floor Area shall be measured for payment).

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound @ 200Ml per bag(50Kg) of cement or as per manufacture's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two component structural grade Shorter Chan Nano Base and Catalyst based polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer and any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm² in 1 day and 45N/ mm² in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8N/ mm² in 28 days. A modified styrene butadiene emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24N/ mm². Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/ mm², minimum flexural strength 6.5N/ mm² upto 25 mm average thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Surface area shall be measured and paid for each 6mm thick layer.
