6mm Cement plaster to ceiling In Cement mortar 1:3(1 Cement:3 Sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement: 6 Sand). including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 sand). including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built upsections,trusses and framedwork,including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position and applying apriming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guardbars,ladders,railling,brackets andsimilar works. including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet1.66mm to 2mm thick in eavesboard/ facia/soffits/ceiling includingcutting, fixing and welding to steelroof members and applying a coat ofred lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge(Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
