Supply & Installation of MS. structure duly fabricated and welded 35mm x 35mm x 5mm MS Steel equal angel bar frame with red oxide duly welded size: as per site requirment shape, including Cross bar angle iron support duly painted with red oxide priming and fabricating the same by fastener , rag bolts, nuts & washers arrangement incl. welded . Size of the glow sing board as per direction EIC .
Supply & Installation of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) board ( 7mm thick) of Aludecor/Alstone, back side of sign board as per direction EIC .
Supply and fixing of 24 SWG GI sheet foe covering the back side of LED board . Size- 286 sqft.
Supply & fixing of Acrylic letter inscripted in English front side of the letter to be made 3mm thick imported stabilized excellent to self display. All letter will be cut flately and it to be fixed by special type of glue solution. “VIVEKANANDA YUBA BHARATI HOCKEY STADIUM’’ letter will be fixed by special type arrangement & screw by using own tools & tackles as per direction of EIC.
S&F of (GE/ Samsung/ Osram) lamp (1.5W) Single run for upper letter and lower letters and logo included best quality LED lighting arrangement to be fixed by proper arrangement with complete connection. ( Considering 1 LED module for each 6 sq inch area).
Making one set of scaffolding arrangement for fixing the glow sign board. S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in charge. ( For 11mtr hight bamboo structure ) Note - 1) Letter size, Letter font, colour and designed of the LED glow sign board will be approved by the higher official of the Sports Department, Govt. WB. 2) Back side ACP color and color temparature of LED will be approved by higher official of the Sports Department, Govt. WB. 3) DLP Period minimum 03 (Three) years.
Note:- Rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes and duties including GST.
