M&L for annual maintenance/ servicing and repair of standby DG Set of following capacity i.e KVA maintenance schedule prescribed in repair and maintenance mannual (Repair & maintenance should be carried out by the manufacture's authorised mechanic from the servicing centre) including fixing charges for replacement of parts specified in relevent item here in after: NOTE : Servicing of DG set to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre of kirlosker/greaves /cummins only Parts /components for replacement shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Checking and servicing/ repair and maintenance of :- (i) Lubricant oil leaking. (ii) Operation of oil heater and repair to lubricant oil leaking and cooling system leaking, radiator air restriction operation of coolant heater, hoses and connection, belt connection and tension. Fan hub drive pully and water pump heat exchanger, zinc anode plug motor operation louver and cleaning of water separator and cooling system. (iii) Leaking in air intake system,air cleaner restriction piping and connection. (iv) Fuel line and connection, fuel transfer pump, draining out fuel sidement from tank. (v) Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out condensate trap, torquing to exhaust manifold and turbo charger capscrew. (vi) Battery charging system level up electrolyte and specific gravity, repair and maintenance of safety control and alarm. (vii) Cleaning of engine lighting of all nut bolt washer and unusual vibration. (viii) Air inlet and outlet for restriction and proper connection to electric connection , operation of generator heater strip greasing to all bearing and movable part, measurement and recording winding resistance cleaning up complete generator. (ix) Complete reset switch in automatic lightning of connection, instrumentation.

Labour only for attending the DG set with AMF Panel complaints carried out by manufacture's authorised mechanic from the servicing centre without any delay with rectified the defects by carefuly opening and check the DG set parts which defects find out at site and replace the defected parts from the DG Set for smooth functioning as directed and specified by the Engr in charge at site (Replacement item shall measured and paid seperately)

M&L for replacement of battery 12 volts,180 AH complete. Make:Exide Express/Gold or Equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L for replacement of Dry battery 12 volts,100 AH complete. Make:Exide Express/Gold or Equivalent make approved by GE.

Material and labour for Maintenance of AMF panel of and cleaning of dust inside with blower, cleaning of moving part /contacts from CT cleaner, tightening of loose parts /electrical wires, cleaning of contractors, relays and junction points, servicing/ adjustment of relay, complete testing of AMF relay with necessary settings and load management system complete with replacement of worn out unserviceable components /burnt wires thimbles /lugs complete tested For DG set up to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Parts /components for replacement shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only following spare parts in maintanance carried out above item No. 9.00 in existing AMF panels. (Rate for fixing charges are deemed to be included in the above item): -

M & L for removing existing old rusted paint on DG set of painted complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour good finish of following capaity complete all as specified and directed.

Repair & Maintenance of existing canopy of eco friendly DG Set above cleaning of internal & external parts, tightening of loose parts, replacing of unserviceable door locks and keys, replacing of damaged or burned inside sponge insulations and necessary spary painting with super enamelled paint of same colour of company pattern on indide and out side of canopy chamber after removing old painted/rusted surface complete all as directed.

Material and labour for providing wooden plank for battery of DG Sets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of DG set alternator of any capactity with existing size and gauge and adequate number of turns of super enamelled copper winding wire and bore conductor including varnishing insulating material drying baking heating and connection leads with thimble and making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shifting of DG set of any Capacity from old platform to new platform including provision of crane for lifting DG set including making new connection for AMF Panel to existing main panel of all as directed by Eng - in -charge.

Repair and calibration of Fuel pump Nozzle of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair of u/s copper bus bar of any size of existing LT panel mounted on insulator incl cutting / drilling making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reparing of LT panel door including replacement door handel, hinges, nut bolt, welding work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in repair cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose/hard soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/ around cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying re-inforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried dirictly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level,connected to and including galvanised earth strip 32 X 6mm mm size upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts,nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to test point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata,funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe(GI,light grade) 20mm dia,PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc. including testing on completing but excluding GI protection pipe for earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Servicing of Stabilizer to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre (ii) If Any Types of Nut & bolt, Any sizes of Gasket or Hydera Machine or any veh reqd for carrying stabilizer from site to workshop To & Fro Rate will be iclusive in this quoted rate.
