Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Providing and fixing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frames 10cm diameter bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embedded in cement concrete block 30x30x15cm in C.C. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggragate 20mm niminal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and serews complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.:-300x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :300X10 mm including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrieses internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrieses internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including priming coat of whiting after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth.

Applying a priming coat over new steel and steel based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting, ready mixed paint brushing red lead , red oxide/ zink oxide chrome including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of prewired LED tube fitting complete 230 volts single phase A.C.supply directly on surface with copper wiring as required including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts tube fixture 1 x 20 watt Box type Category "A". as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 40Amps to 63 Amps rating 240 Volts "L" series miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. Category- A, 63 Amps. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of following way single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board 240 volts on surface/recessed completed with tinned, copper busher neutral link, earth bar, detachable gland plate inter -connections, including painting, earthing etc. as required Bus bar 12 way. D/Door as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 5 Amps to 32 Amps rating 240 volts, G series miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB, DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc. as required Category "A", single pole.

Providing and laying at site double loop earthing with copper plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such as charcoal, common salt ,GI pipes,thimbles,nuts & bolts,digging of pits,GI wiring & 25x5mm G.I. strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with up to date ammendments suitable for above motors & other electrical equipments.

Providing, fixing & testing Street Light Fixture with LED of 50 watt, copper ballast, G.I. Pipe bracket, complete in all respects. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
