S&F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each

S&F, 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part -I), Klin seasoned and chemically treated and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing of sunken portion consisting of under mention item i) Plastering in CM 1:3 ,15 mm thick with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope.(ii) Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.5 Kg /sqm and then pasting of polythene film ,150 micron , with cold back adhesive .(iii) Fixing 25 mm dia GI pipe (medium grade ) spout of length 45 cm (iv) Providing PCC 1:5:10 type E2 complete all as specified.(v) The process of (i) to (iv) Shall only be done after demoltion of existing old treatment complete
