Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided fo rand removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajja , roof projection etc in any description up to 6 Mts in height in patches including necessary form work complete all as directed. (Note : Qutoed rate is deemed to be inclusive of form work , scaffolding , safety belt etc ).

All same as per item No 7 here-in-above but in Bldg height above 6 Mts but not exceeding 12 Mts (Note : Qutoed rate is deemed to be inclusive of form work , scaffolding , safety belt etc ).

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at a distance not exceeding 50m and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with two coats of thermal resistant paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for repairing of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone or brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling , finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as directecd.

Taking down old GI tubing 15 mm bore and connection including cleaning for re fixing stacking at site where directed .

All as per item No. 17 here-in-above but 20 mm bore of pipe - do -

Laying only 15 mm bore GI tube medium grade with all fittings all new (ISI Marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 19 here-in-above but 20 mm bore of pipe - do -

M & L for 15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with fittings all new (ISI marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as directed.

All as per item No 21 here -in - above but 20 mm bore of pipe.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks fixed in any description of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of water proofing treatment, cleaning and removing scale and dirts etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting as ordered , including reconnecting and re-fixing in same position and testing on completion complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 23 here-in- above but capacity of tanks exceeding 500 and not exceeding 1000 ltrs -do-

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description & supply & fix new 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) (ISI Marked) including PVC float valve high pressure suitable for 20 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description & supply & fix new 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) (ISI Marked) including PVC float valve high pressure suitable for 25 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

S & F in repair Ball brass valve 20 mm dia ,high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete,screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to wall in repars complete all as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore size PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door including jointing the same with solvent cement complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Junction (Single 'T') 110 mm bore equal or unequal with access door including jointing the same with solvent cement complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Vent cowl 110 mm dia size fixed complete all as directed.
