Construction of concrete block (1:2:4)) for placing and fixing of underfloor girders of size 2'x2'x2' (02 no) 2 (2'x2'x2') = 16cft = 0.5 cum

Cross Channels: Providing and placing in position cross channel sections and girders, by way of cutting and welding work at site, for creating panel frame across the above placed under floor girder equidistantly at one-meter centre to centre, to be fabricated out of ISMC 100 and ISMB150. A. No of cross channels = 04 nos. B. Length of each channel = 1.42 meter @9.2kg/mtr.

A. No of cross Girders = 02 nos. B. Length of each channel = 1.42 meter @14.9kg/mtr.

Creation of holes in the sump concrete wall for placing of channels and girders on one side (other side of channels and girders will be placed on ISMB 150). The horizontal depth of the holes shall be of minimum 6 inch for proper and secure placement of channel section and girders. The total of 06 no holes need to be created in the sump concrete wall.

M.S Chequered Plate: Providing and fixing/ placing in position 5 mm thick mild steel chequered plate, by way of welding using superior class welding electrodes, to so fabricated skeletal structure of plate form across the length and breadth. A. Size of the platform = 3.7 x 1.25 = 4.625 sqm @40.2kg/sqm. B. Thickness of the plate = 05 mm

Vertical Posts: Shifting of departmentally provided old GI pipe (salvage)- 02 no (20rft each) by way of loading of GI pipes from sub divisional office yard in load carrier (Tata mobile, bolero camper or similar) and shifting of same to the site and unloading. The Job includes head load charges for shifting of pipe from sub divisional office yard to loading point. The Job includes cutting of one no. GI pipe of 20 rft length into two pieces which will act as vertical post of 10 rft each. The Job also includes placing of GI pipes as vertical columns of gantry by way of welding of the pipes with the working plateform

Gusset/ fish plates: Providing and fitting of gusset/ fish plates to be fabricated out of 6 mm thick MS Plate. The plates are to be fitted on the top and bottom of vertical posts and bottom side of bridge girder by way of welding work at site using superior class welding electrodes. A. No of plates = 02 no. B. Size of each plate = 200 mm x 200 mm.
