Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. of far shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exceeding 250 metre and not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including filling in packing between pavers complete all as specified and as directed.

CONCRETE WORK

Material and labour for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 75mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete as in sub-base flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in filling back side of pressed steel door frames complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, benching and the like finished fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5m span kitchen platform, shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair of structurally distressed RCC members including scaffolding for suitable working platform as in column, beams, chajjas and roof projections in following stages : - (i) Removing all disintegrated and loose concrete upto 50mm thickness and cleaning the rust from exposed reinforcement, removing rusted scales by chipping and cleaning by wire brushes with minimum clear air gap of 20mm all around the reinforced steel (ii) Treating the exposed reinforced steel including removing debris away from site to a designated point pre-defined by local administrator or at a disctance exc 1.5KM but not exc 2.5KM with rust removal chemical followed by epoxy zinc rich primer (iii) treating the exposed old RCC surface with epoxy bonding agent for bonding between old/new concrete surface (iv) Replacement of old steel reinforcement whose dia remains less than 50% due to rust with new steel coated with epoxy zinc rich primer in same position binding with black wire/ welding. (Payment of steel reinforcement shall be made against relavent item) (v) Material and providing polymer modified reinstatement mortar of thickness up to 50 mm in layers not exe 25mm thick over vertical or overhead surface of RCC members complete as per manufacturer's instruction (vi) Curing the reinstated surface with water for minimum 7 days

BRICK WORK

Material and labour for brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Old bricks obtained from Serial Item No. 171 shall be reused here.

Cutting of groove 'V' shape chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in Cement Mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintel etc. and making good cutting of not exceeding 10 cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in Cement Mortar 1:3 to ends, cills, sunshades shelves etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc. and making good cutting of exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm girth in brick walls making good complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar having superficial area not exceeding 150 Sqcm each making good in Cement Mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick wall in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in Cement Mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb in the wall exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick complete all as specified and as directed.

STONE MASONRY WORK

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in Cement Mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including bull nosing, drilling holes for bolts, pipes etc. not exceeding 25mm dia and upto 100mm depth in granite and underneath RCC slab (01 Nos per kitchen slab) complete all as specified and as directed.

WOOD WORK

Material and labour for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

JOINERY WORK

Supply and fixing 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkats and framed rebated on the solid rounded put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive wire cloth, glass, gauze etc. with sash Bars( not more than 350 mm center to center), divided of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and metred beads off securing glass, gauze etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Wire gauge shutter should also have the provision of vertical member of size 100mm x 35mm at middle of the shutter. The vertical member have mitred joints and shall be stuck tenoned to the depth not less than 35mm in top, lock and bottom rails and have rebate to receive the wire gauge etc. complete.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed panelled factory made shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing shutters of any description exeeding 1.0 sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each in same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old PVC door shutters with frame of any description exeeding 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each in same opening including old hardware complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

BUILDER'S HARDWARE WORK

Supply and fixing 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing tubular towel rail of brass chromium plated 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body anodised with hard drawn steel spring 140mm size fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing butt hinges 100 mm size, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type C-21 complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND IRON WORK

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, framed guards bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frame for doors with double rebates of size 125 x 60mm including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate (thickness the sheet is 1.25 mm) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Cost of hinges shall deemed to be included in Quoted rate.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frame for doors with single rebates of size 105mm x 60mm including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate (Thickness the sheet is 1.25 mm)complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Cost of hinges shall deemed to be included in Quoted rate.

Supply and fixing factory made box type powder coated Steel window composite type with double pressed steel frames 80 mm x 60mm (Peripherral) and 80mmx75mm (Intermediate members) made out of cold rolled 1.25mm thick sheet having steel window / ventilators shutter with sash bar of MS tubular section of size 50mm x 20mm x 1-1mm thick fixed with box type hinges including 10mm x 10mm x 1.10mm MS hollow tubular section as beading for glazed and wire shutter handle of 100mm size made out of Z section 01 No, MS stove enamelled black tower bolt of size 120mm 02 Nos, 150 mm mild steel hooks and eyes,each sutter flat iron 40mm x 1.25mm and 200mm long hold fasts 04 Nos each window including necessary filling hollow frame with PCC (1:3:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

ROOF COVERING WORK

Material and labour APP (atactic paint propylene) modified prefebricated fine layer 3 mm thick (minimum) and weighing not less then 3.60 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid over compatible primer @0.4 ltr per Sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 Kg per ltr and viscosity 70-160 LPS cold stiched by torched application of membrane with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end lap as required after necessary preparation of the surfaces complete all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for old tiles laid over screed bed of 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in, mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Old tiles obtained from serial item No. 175 shall be reused.

Grubbing up tree trunk upto root girth exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm including cutting of trunk portion protuding over wall surface/roof surface/terrace of building height up to 10.0 mtr. The rate also Include necessary scaffolding and necessary safety measure if required and making good the surface in Cement Mortar 1:3 and applying one coat of anti growth of vegetation chemical as per manufacturer's instruction and removal of unserviceable material out side MD land and cleaning site complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of bushes, grass including roots, earth, mud and debris over roof top of building material from roof top surface and cleaning the effected surface neatly and disposal of rubbish out of the premises/ MD land including cleaning of spouts/ rain water pipe (at two/three storey building) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Surface area of roof slab for the affected area shall be measured

Material and labour for providing water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approval in technical instruction 5/2003 by adding: (a) 15mm thick plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement on floor and wall / beam , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allwed to dry. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @0.5 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.25 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.25 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.15 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. complete all as specified and directed. (d) Ponding test to be carried out for minimum 24 hrs before filling of sunken slab.

CEILING AND LININGS WORKS

Material and labour for 18/19 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade prelaminated both sides with decorativce choice laminations, fixed with screws to timber frame as in cupboards, shutters, shelves, cabinets etc including fixing 18 mm wide 6 mm thick beading all around of 1st class HW (Teak) and applying 1 coat french polish over tek wood beads complete all as specified and as directed.

FLOOR FINISHES WORK

Material and labour for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab, 20-25 mm thick (single slab) laid in step/floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre over 20 mm thick screed bed of Cement Mortar 1:6, including pointing in grey cement slurry to match the shade of slab and cutting groves in stone and making nosing at edge, removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab, 20-25 mm thick (single slab) in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick cement screed in Cement Mortar 1:4 with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre including pointing in grey cement slurry to match the shade of slab, removing unserviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with average thickness 40 mm to maintain slope correction over roof and the like finished fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in flooring finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof surfaces & sides by picking, brushing with wire brush, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sq. m over cleaned roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm for surface preparation before laying of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for first quality, glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm to 8mm thick as in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for joint free rectified, first quality, non skid ceramic coloured tiles 400mm x 400mm x 7mm to 8mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed each in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and no pigments machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid on 15mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 1% by wt of cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2, 75 mm thick using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, laid in slope of 1:12 and to be laid in alternate bays, each bay not exeeding 3.0 m length and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast pre-polished coloured concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

PLASTERING AND POINTING WORK

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:3 for dado/wall tile complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering on roof 10 mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 1% by wt of cement on concrete surface when concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on ceiling/soffit of slab and the like and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work , or concrete surfaces in two layers (10+5)mm finished fair and even, top 5mm plaster shall be mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 1% by wt of cement (wherever required) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for screed bed 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to RCC Beam / Column / Brick Wall junction including all laps, cutting and waste and taking down old unserviciable wiremesh of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

WHITE WASHING, COLOUR WASHING AND DISTEMDERING WORK

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered / unplastered wall surface and applying three coats of white wash in Staircase area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered / unplastered wall surface and applying two coats of white wash in Staircase area complete all as specified and as directed.

PAINTING WORK

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.
