Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc all as directed.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site as directed.

M&L for point wiring with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade, conforming IS 694 & color code including PVC casing caping. the existing colour of wall with three coats and making good disturbed surface complete, sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of required size not less than 1.2 mm thick factory made and factory painted with top cover 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with brass screw and washer with all accessories including single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size solid PVC insulated unsheathed cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly drawn in same conduit for One light point controlled by one one/way switch complete.

All as per item No. 3 above but for One Fan point controlled by one one/way switch.

All as per item No. 3 above but for One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch.

All as per item No. 3 above but for One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board with cable of 1.5 sqmm size.

All as per item No. 3 above but for One light point controlled by two way switches

All as per item No. 3 above but for One bell point controlled by one way switches

All as per item No. 3 above but using 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 4 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed all as directed.

All as per item No. 10 above but using 4 Sqmm cable single core copper.

Taking down U/S FTL and S&F 4' 18W LED Tube With Batten with system lumen output of 1800 lumens, System Efficacy should be > 115lm/ W, The Luminaire Should have Cool Day light Color temp of 6500K & CRI>80.Life 40K burning hrs with 70% lumen maintenace, PF>0.95 Surge Protecton of 3KV, All the Photometrical & Electrical parametrs must be supported by LM79-08 test report from NABL Accridiated LAB OR UL, R9 Value > 0. Lamp starting time is not more than 1 Sec. The LED tube light conforms to applicable IS etc. complete.

M&L for opening covers of ceiling fan, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enameled copper wire of same wire gauge, warnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bearings No 6201/6202 for 1200.1400mm sweep, greasing, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan, replace of fan capacitor 1.7/2.5mfd and making connection with fan capacitor and connector block,Including Painting fan and blade with super enamelled paint of two coats and marking of MES No, transoporting back after repair, assembling the blades and hanging the fan in its own position to existing fan clamp and down rod with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning complete. Note : Quoted rate deems to inclusive of rate of fan capacitor, fan bearing and transporatation charges.

M&L for opening covers of Exhaust fan 300mm, remove the burnt winding, cleaning the slots and rewinding the fan with supper enammeled copper wire of same wire gauge, warnishing after winding, drying, replacing unserviceable fan bush/bearings, greasing, replace of armeture coil with complete shaft, soldering the copper terminal of winding with single core copper multistraded wire of 0.5 sqmm and re-assembling fan, replace of fan capacitor 1.7/2.5mfd and making connection with fan capacitor and connector block, Including Painting fan and blade with super enamelled paint of two coats and marking of MES No,transoporting back after repair, assembling the blades and fixing the fan in its own position to existing fan clamp with necessary Nut, bolt and washer and testing for smooth functioning complete. S&F in repair energy efficient 5 star rated ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, single phase 230/240 volts AC and connecting up to including provn of porcelain connector and flexible three core copper conductor of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan and testing on completion complete.

M&L in repair TPN DBs Vertical type 4 way with provision for FP as incomer and SP as outgoing IP 43-IK 09 with metal door etc. complete.

M&L in repair sheet metal enclosure for single pole and neutral 08 way 240 voilts, 100 Amp rated bus bar IP 43 - IK -09 etc. Complete.

Taking down and refixing storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25/35 ltrs of any type and make, checking the serviceablity of all parts such as inner vessel, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same complete. (Supply only for parts against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below)

M&L for providing suitable T&P and tradesmen to carry out Earth test of Earth pits of Md Accn building Distribution boards and filling all related columns of form as per Appx 'H' complete all as specified and directed (Note : Rate deemed to be included for disconnecting earth test point connections and reconnecting the same completion of Job)
