Complete servicing /maintenance of 300HP ATS Starter of lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar unit no.02 & 03by way of removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment. The job includes the charge for p/f LED phase indicator with surge protection of reputed make (3no). The job also includes the charge for replacement of push button (ON/OFF) with new one for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for providing of brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections in ATS (3Kg) & filling of T- oil 7 Ltr for topping for the completion. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged timer (01 no) and HRC fuse of 20A/ 415V/ 3W/50HZ three no with new ones for the completion of work. The starter should be tested on full load.

Repairs to 400KVA voltage stabilizer unit no.01 at lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn at site by way of removing all incoming and outgoing connections, then opening the lid of voltage stabilizer, taking out assembly carefully from container without any damage with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles.

Providing and fitting male & female bush cup to 400KVA voltage stabilizer

Providing and fitting of 20mm LT brass bush rod to 400KVA voltage stabilizer.

Providing and fitting of 300 sqmm copper thimbles for connecting internal connection of stabilizer with bush rod with the help of skilled labour, hydraulic crimping tool, tapping etc.

Replacement of damaged insulation of connection leads with new one with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles , cotton tape, etc for the completion of work.

Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all incoming and outgoing connections.

a) Repairs to 80HP OISD starter lying at sub div store to utilized its service at various schemes like Darpora , Johama, Khadniyar etc. by way of Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling using appropriate means of transport as auto rickshaw car or similar with 1km lead (02 Trip) b) Extra per kilometre for lead >1.0 kms up to 5.0 kms (5 km/Trip) c) Providing and fitting of fixed copper contact points (complete set). d) Providing and fitting of movable copper contact points (complete set) e) Repairs to the handle mechanism by way of providing and fitting of damaged tension springs, nuts and allied accessories. f) Providing and fitting of Trip mechanism coil. g) Providing & filling of T- oil (03 Ltr )

Repairs to connection box of 225 HP motor of lift irrigation scheme Kitchama by way of replacement of damaged connection plates with nuts & bolts as per sample. The job also includes the charge for servicing /maintenance of 250HP ATS Starter by way of removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment with the help of skilled labour tools & tackles.
