S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel steet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwes including dismantling of existing AC corrugated or semi corrugated sheets of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling the ridge portion or valley gutter , etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel flat iron wind ties for roof including secruing bolts, including necessary driling and similar works conformig to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including dismatnling the existing steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surface roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound 3% of cement, including taking down cement plaster, tarfelt from old concrete roof/ chajja and cleaning by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (minimum) weighing 4.00 Kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be applied over one coat of water based bituminous emulsion primer on the existing surface @ 0.40 Kg / Sqm duly thermo fused by flame torch all as specified in method of application in manual of the manufacturere, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ntegral water proofing compound.

Material and labour 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor including taking down or up the old steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of galvanized steel tubing ,medium grade,20 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down or up the old exisitng steel tubing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) While fixing of pipe new fittings as required shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same in included in the unit rates of this item. (ii)The old pipe shall be cleared properly before use in the work and cost of cleaning is included in the unit rate of this item

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks exc 250 ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13.00 here-in-before but exc 500 ltrs n exe 1000 ltrs
