M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty of 2mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistances as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additivies @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces including scraping, rubbing and washing etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality exterior antifungal paint over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty in two layers, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non - skid ceramic tiles of grade BII a / BII b of size 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., over 5mm thick adhesive bed after roughening the existing concrete surfaces and pointed in epoxy grout to match with the coloured tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non - skid ceramic tiles of grade BII a / BII b of size 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc., over a 5mm thick adhessive bed after roughening the existing concrete surfaces and pointed in epoxy grout to match with the coloured tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 14 above but joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirtings / dado etc., 450 mm x 300 mm x 7 to 8 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tile, including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 20mm-25mm thick as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

Treating soil along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion (Chlorophyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or Imidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 (Refer Table 1 on Sl. Page No. 2 of IS 6313 (Part 2) : 2013)) @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion (Chlorophyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or Imidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 (Refer Table 1 on Sl. Page No. 2 of IS 6313 (Part 2) : 2013)) @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of chemical emulsion (Chlorophyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or Imidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 (Refer Table 1 on Sl. Page No. 2 of IS 6313 (Part 2) : 2013)) per square metre of surface area, complete all as specified and directed.

Treating at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) (Chlorophyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or Imidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 (Refer Table 1 on Sl. Page No. 2 of IS 6313 (Part 2) : 2013)) @ 0.5 litre / hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), not exceeding 1.5 sq.m each, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Taking down the old sub main wiring and M/L for new sub main wiring with 2 runs single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC unsheathed copper multistranded, FRLS conductor drawn into and including PVC conduit medium grade of size not less than 25 mm dia with all fittings and fixtures like L-bow, saddles etc of white / Ivory colour PVC conduit including multi stranded copper earth conductor 6.0 Sq mm one run as earth continuty conductor all as directed by EIC. (From TPN DB to MCB DB SPN 8 way at each Qtrs) Note: 3 runs of cable, one run of conduit will be measured as one length.

M&L for cutting of holes into or through brick walls / stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete exceeding 150 Sq. cm but not exc. 400 Sq.cm for fixing of exhaust / ventilation fans and making good in cement morter or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius,in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
