(1) Inspection of Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep to find out defects, cleaning, repair/ reconditioning incl testing, tightening complete and replacing following spares :-
(a) Re-winding of fan motors by using suitable size of copper winding wire, finishing, testing complete.
(b) Replacing fan capacitor 2.5 MFD
(c) Replacing fan bearing 6202/6203
(d) Flexible wire for power connection
(2) Repairing of desert coolers incl repair/ replacement of following parts/ accessories, servicing, etc and testing on completion complete as per direction of Engr-In-Charge.
(a) Dismantling of fan motor of desert cooler, supplying & fixing of new fan motor with new blade, testing complete.
(b) Providing and fixing submersible water pump PVC body, 19 Watt, AC 165/220 50 Hz on existing desert coolers.
(c) Providing and fixing capacitor 4 MFD on existing desert coolers.
(d) Replacement of switches for fan & pump.
(e) Providing and fixing PVC pipe for water pump.
(f) Providing and fixing grass cushioning on sides of desert cooler.
(f) Providing and fixing grass cushioning on sides of desert cooler.
(3) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 15 KW/ 20 HP Motor Pump set at KLP Radhanagar, electric driven, 415 V, 65 to 75 mtr head, 80mm dia suction pipe, 80mm dia delivery pipe including pump set, suitable size iron frame for base with all nuts and bolts as required, PCC foundation base, installation of motor and pump set including connection to existing GI pipe, electric connection etc as required.
(4) Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of three phase star Delta control panel starter suitable for motor pump set 20 HP 3 Phase for existing water supply scheme at KLP Radhanagar complete as per direction of Engr-In-Charge.
(5) Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of three phase star Delta control panel starter suitable for motor pump set 5 HP 3 Phase for existing water supply scheme complete as per direction of Engr-In-Charge at KLP Teliamura.
