Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/unsaturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth foundations etc., consolidating as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the useable materials available from excavation to department free of cost to the entire staisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing 65mm dia hydrant including G.I. riser pipe(IS:1239-1990) 65mm PP ball valve 65mm pump conncting nipple, G.I. Tee, G.I. Nipple (as per required on main & sub main line) and plain concrete grouting for GI Tee & riser pipe complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing anchor block and control valve arrangement with cast iron sluice valve of following dia including anchor block size 0.30x0.30x0.30 with base for sluice valve 1:2:4 concrete block with in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall. The size of plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies,height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the samefor in situreinforced and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Boulder filling behind retaining wall in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing & laying of mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Laying , jointing and fixing G.I. scour pipe (LG) including all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing of C.I. sluice valve of approved make (with hand wheel) as per IS:780-1984 class-I of following dia meter including bars spindle 7 as per 2906-1984 class-II for floowing dia metr complete with nuts, rubber insertion etc. the tail piece if required shall be measred & paid for separately including entire carriage of material with in all leads anf lifts complete in all respects.

Laying, jointing, and testing of HDPE pipes in trenches to required grades as per IS: 4984-1995 latest with up to date amendments of following OD pipes, material grade and class of pipes. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS code and specifications including all fittings and accessories complete in all respect. (L.R.)
