Outsourcing services for operation/maintainance of fire fighting installations at various locations in 223 ABOD and 23 FAD Suranussi with one operator of appropriate category for each fire fighting installation listed below to operate submercible pumpset/Turbine pump set/cetrifugal pump set/Jokey Pump/DG Set / fire fighting distribution sluice valves/fire hydrant located in various locations as specified & as per direction given time to time by Eng-in charge and Electric Panel installed in Fire fighting installations listed below, round the clock(03 shifts of 08hrs each/day) including sunday/holiday for the following pump house located including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

Fire fighting Pump House No-2 at 223 ABOD-03 Shift/Day

Fire fighting Pump House No-3 at 23FAD-03 Shift/Day

Fire fighting Pump House No-4 at 23FAD-03 Shift/Day

Note : (a) Minimum qualification/experiencce for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field or 4years experience in same field . Cotractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Eng-in-Charge. (b) Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower emplyed by him. (c) contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (d) Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing state/central govt rules.Provision of reliver for each operator/manpower emplyed by contractor shall deemed to be include in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (e) Cleaning of Installations and surrounding area will be responsibilities of operator employed by contractor and rate quoted for per unit shall deemed to inlude this provision. (f) Necessary logbook/logsheet ,duty roaster,attendance register will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Eng-In-Charge. (g) FOL for DG Set shall be issued under Sch 'B' free filling. (h) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift/manpower , penalty @ Rs 1000/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor.

DG Set Installation at Shed No-27A & 27B-03 Shift/Day

DG Set Installation at Mag No-3 & 4 -03 Shift/Day

DG Set Installation at Old & New TCM -03 Shift/Day

DG Set Installation at Shed No-24 -03 Shift/Day
