Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of SCADA System as per the specifications and site requirement.

Supply, erection and commissioning of Eco-Friendly maintenance free earthing system comprising of 17.2 mm dia. 3 Mtr. long Carbon Earthing Electrode with 250 microns copper coating. For installation of Earthing Electrode Supply of Pre-cast RCC earth pit Chamber (300*300 MM) and making 100 mm diameter bore, 3 Mtr. Long, making of earth pit and fixing of earth pit chamber in normal soil as per the specification., including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete and excluding the cost of GI Flat.

Connecting of neutral of PTR to earth pit with 75x8mm and 50x6mm M.S Flat. Run both flats by over lapping as one from neutral stud to earth pit terminating with 2 Nos. flexible copper jumpers of size 50 x 6 mm 15 inches length. Necessary support structure with post type insulators are to be provided including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete.

Connecting of earth mat(grid) and connection between earth electrodes and earth grid with 75x8mm M.S Flat including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete.

Supply of tools - Standard Tool Box with Taparia make Tools consisting of tools and plant as per the Technical specification

Supply and erection of Synthetic Rubber Mats as Per IS 15652 in E-House 2.5 mm thick

Supply and Fixing of sign board of weather proof plate of size 4feet X 3feet made of CR sheet 14guage (1.6mm) and welded with 25X3mm MS angle as frame right round the board and Painting on board with enamel paint (AC Black/Blue) with red oxide base coat and colour printing by screen printing method on the board. Coats of Paints (AC Black/Blue paint and White paint) required for one board and engraving the word Capacity of E-House Equipment details with White paint and the Height of Board from ground level (Between ground level and bottom part of board) should be maintained 6feet with 1No. Support L type angle of 3" X 3", 6mm (75X75X6mm MS Angle) thickness and length of angle to be buried in the ground at 1.50 Feet with 1 Feet hole pass inside including welding and cost of all materials as per the drawing.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soils by means upto 3m depth for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work.

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (1:1.5:3) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing and steel centering with wooden scaffolding etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. Brick Masonry around E-House for Fencing Supporting Angles with CM (1:8) prop: using Proper Bricks with compressive of 50 Kgs / Sqcm from approved source including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, fly ash bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing GI Weld Mesh For fencing including Gate around the E-House with Erection -cost and conveyance of all materials all labour charges etc, complete.

Supply and spreading of 20 mm size machine crushed blue granite metal to a thickness of 75 mm over spread quarry dust, around the E-House in the outdoor yard

Supply and spreading of quarry dust to a thickness of 25mm, (after consolidation of the earth work with a roller) around the E-House

Any other items to complete the work in all respect.
