M&L for 20m thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and making round edges and anti-skid groove cutting lines (two Nos.) along with lenght tread complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick as in floor and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metals whilst concrete green complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc and removing the debries outside from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan.socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators,sockets,light fittings etc removing materials to store for keepin or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV DBs and main switches along with MCBs and MCCBs all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wirng Surface type in non-metallic FRLS ISI PVC conduit medium grade with 1.5 sq mm size multi stranded fire retardant PVC sheathed FRLS copper conductor cable and PVC insulated FRLS cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth continuity conductor including clamps, screws gutter / plug etc with and including with bakelite 3 mm thick sheet : One light point point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way. Note:Cutting chases for DB &making good to wall shall be inclusive of quoted rate
