Regular Maintenance and minor repair works including oil and grease top-up, draining of contaminated oils and refilling, replacement and cleaning of filters, lubricating all equipments including slew teeth, replacement of V Belt, PCRD/ CCRD Chain, cleaning of all mechanical equipments of Stacker cum Reclaimer-1 and preventive and Breakdown Maintenance including inspection of gear box, Scoop coupling, Geared coupling, HS Coupling and tightening of coupling bolts, replacement of all types of rollers and frames, Replacement/ rearrangement of damaged skirt rubber, adjustment of all types of scrappers, fabrication and erection of new scrappers, adjustment and minor repairs on conveyor counter weight and ropes, adjustment of belt sways, adjustment of conveyor side going of BCN-8 ,Boom conveyor, Intermediate conveyor and tipper conveyor pertaining to Stacker cum Reclaimer-1.
