Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701. 2.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm (Two millimetre) thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm (zero point nine square metre) supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm (Six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast) The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entetain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

200 m stone (precast) The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes inputfor for output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification section 400 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification MORD 2014 clause 305. including setting out, consolidation of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 mtrs.(fifty metre), dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material upto 3.00 mtrs. depth. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification P.C.C. grade M-10 (M-ten) 1:3:6 (One Cement is to three sand is to Six graded crushed stone aggregate)40 mm (Forty Millimetre) as per technical specification clause 800,802,803,900,1202,1203 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 709, 1206.6. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification P.C.C. 1:4:8 (One Cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate)40 mm (Forty Millimetre) as per technical specification clause 800,802,803,900,1202,1203 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5 :3(One cement is to one point five coarse sand is to three graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal sizeas per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
