Fixed Cost
Salary and other emoluments for the drivers & supervisor as per applicable minimum wages act including PF, ESIC, their insurance etc. Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) along with Essentials equipment’s as mentioned in the tender document. Licenses, National/Inter-state permits to carry Hazardous goods, road tax, insurance of vehical including 3rd party insurance incidental expenses and any other statutory levies. Maintenance and repair cost of the vehicles, including all consumables, cost of tyres, parking charges, brake oil and lubricating oil etc. required for operation of the vehicles. Toll charge shall be paid extra on actual against submission of receipt.
Monthly charges for providing of approx. 6.50 ton payload capacity CNG fuelled light commercial vehicles (LCV, BS VI) of 2021 model for CNG filled cascade transportation for round the clock operations for 4 years
Monthly charges for providing Approx. 9 ton payload capacity CNG / Diesel fuelled Medium commercial vehicles (MCV, BS VI) of 2021 model for CNG filled cascade transportation for round the clock operations for 4 years
Variable Cost
Per kilometre running rate for CNG driven LCV(having payload of approx. 6.5 ton)
Per kilometre running rate for CNG/ Diesel driven MCV (having payload of approx.9 ton)
