Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors, and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Removing building material to the distance 1Km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

Raking out joints/ pointing to masonry or brick-work built in cement mortar in single detached joints for flashing, etc.

Forming V grooves in plaster n exc 10mm deep and n exc 10mm on face.

Soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber spread thickness - 200mm

M&L for moorum filling in pavings, laid in layers n. exc 15cm thick. Spread, levelled & rommed including watering, consolideted thickness 5cm.

M & L for 100 mm thk plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix , using 20 mm graded aggregates, in sub-floors, floors, paving including shuttering etc. & finishing the concrete pavement by brooming all complete.

M & L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ in 150mm cement concrete.

M & L for Liquid water proofing compound to mixed in plastering, PCC & RCC for static water tank.
