RequiredTurnover-To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26. Achieved in at least ONE financial years an average annual financial turnover in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs. 31.45 Lakhs with Valid Financial turnover from CA with UDIN.

RequiredSatisfactorily completed at least 90 percentage of the contract value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as any construction works of value not less than Rs 7.87 Lakhs. Usually not less than 25 percentage of estimated Value of Contract. The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of the concerned division.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote Without GST. However, GST will be paid at Prevailing rate during billing. The increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which reasons for delay are attributable to the contractor as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as Assessed available tender capacity is A x N x 5 - B where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years at 2026-27 price level updated to the financial year, N is equal to 0.438 year (160 Days Irrigation on period)year, and B is Value, at 2026-27 price level (updated to the financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.438 year (160 Days Irrigation on period) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work Such as Such as any Construction Works of value not less than Rs.7.87 Lakhs. (Usually not less than 25% Estimated Value of Contract) Updated to the FY in which the tender are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY in which the tenders are invited and The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer / Equivalent officer of the concerned division

SC Contractors should upload a scanned copy of valid Caste Certificate Issued from compete tent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original SC Caste certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I. b) SC Contractors should be Domicile of State of Karnataka for more than 10 years and should upload a copy of valid Domicile certificate issued by competent Authority and should submit the hard copy of original Domicile certificate for verification, at the time opening of cover-I c) If the bidder is haves firm then all the partners/ members of the firm shall belong to the SC20. The agency should make their own arrangements for providing accommodation & conveyance to location, for their labor.

The agency shall also be responsible and fulfill all statutory obligations under the statutory provisions such as PF etc, in respect of their personnel engaged under the contract.

All negative tenders will be rejected, quotes cannot be lower than the tendered amount

The contractor shall comply with all relevant acts, rules by-laws, regulations and all other statutory requirements of local or other authorities, jurisdiction having over the areas and shall be responsible for the payment of all fees and other charges and giving & receiving of all necessary notices and keep the department informed of the said compliance with such acts, rules bylaws, regulations, statutory requirements, payments made notice issued and received.

The agency shall provide replacement for the labor, in event of his sickness absence or availing leave, National holidays, weekly off and his provision is provided in the scope of contract

Tenderer shall abide by the provisions of Employees provident fund act & nor their own enroll eligible employees working with them and remit the PF contribution to the authorities regularly and submit the proof of remittance.

The contract shall not grant any claims to the labor engaged by the contractor any time at a future date.

Clause 33 payment: same clause -33 read as para maintained in the as per G.O:FD 678 Exp-1/23 Bangalore Dated: 06.06.2025 (Latest Modification).

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.
