OD172460/2022-2023:Supplying and applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, Poly Urethane membrane with an elongation of >350% and tensile strength of 4.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, SRI Index of 106 with UV resistance . Water proofing method consisting of applying (a) Surface preparation including cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with SBR based Polymer modified cement mortar. (b) Making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall with SBR polymer modified cement mortar and grouting the gaps of pipes with general purpose grout (non shrink cementatious wate proof grout) . (c) Laying and applying epoxy primer at the rate of 0.15kg/sqm. Epoxy primer should be dry and surface moisture should be less than 4% before PU application. (d) Laying Geo textile non woven fabric of 40gsm . (e)Applying Poly Urethene Water Proofing coating three coats with a consumption of 2.20kg/sqm over the epoxy primer applied surface.

13.7.1:12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

50.18.9.19.2:Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 m dia 4 Kgf/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall

6.1.2:Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
