Removing existing tarfelt, taking down existing plaster etc. from roof slabs,chajjas,parapet etc.,roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/chajjas/parapet etc. by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.,brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Waterproofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.
