Sub: E-TENDER FOR COMPREHENSIVE AMC OF FACILTY MANAGEMENT IN NELLORE TERRITORY –FMS AREA - CHITTOOR SA ROs CRFQ No. 1000385996 dt. 19.04.2022 Due dt. and Time: 29.04.2022 at 3.00 pm. It is proposed to enter in to a CAMC for Facility Management services in Nellore Territory Sales area cluster wise for a period of one year. In order to provide the services, we are inviting competitive quotations from you for the various categories of ROs on a lump sum monthly basis. Details Scope of works, General /Special conditions of contract, Annexures, RO lists, Asset lists, SLA etc are given the tender documents. The contractors are requested to thoroughly understand the complete scope of services and acquaint themselves with all RO conditions and no claim of any nature due to any constraints will be entertained in respect of breach of services. EMD : Please note that EMD at a rate of 5% of annual contract value quote of vendor, subject to a maximum of Rs 1 lakh shall be applicable, for vendors who are not registered with BPCL. Registered vendors / Vendors with valid NSIC/MSME certificates are exempted from submitting EMD. However, all vendors to submit EMD or the supporting document to BPCL Nellore Territory before the due date/time of tender. There are four line items per sales area cluster BOQ for (1) COCO<300 KL (2) COCO>300 Kl (3) CC <75 KL PM (4) CC >75 KL PM (5) CC .150 KL PM (6) CC >300 KL PM (7) DC TO CCLFR <75 KL PM (8) DC TO CCLFR >75 KL PM (9) DC < 75 KL PM (10) DC > 75 KL PM • You are requested to offer your quote for ROs on lump sum monthly basis. Basis of Award: - Please refer to Clause -2 (e) on Page-16 for the basis of award. Contract will be awarded individually for each of the sales areas on the basis of L1 for each of these sales areas and not the overall L1 for the Nellore Territory. Bids will be opened in the following order ? S1 (Nellore-1 SA), S2 (Chittor SA), S3 (Nellore-2 SA), S4 (Kurnool SA) S5 (Ananthapuram SA) and S6 (Kadapa SA). Any bidder who qualifies as L1 for a sales area will have his bids for the subsequent sales areas unopened. So, if a bidder is L1 for sales area S1, his bid will not be opened for the remaining sales areas and so on. To facilitate this separate tenders for sales area clusters are floated and will be opened as per the above sequence. In the second area tender, price bid of the tenderer, who qualified as L1 will not be opened. Similarly, price bids of L1 in first area and second area will not be opened for third area and price bids of L1 in first, second and third area shall not be opened for fourth area. BOQ enclosed is indicative. There can be variation upward / downward than above estimated quantities/value. As per site requirement, bidder may be asked to operate other SOR Service items which are not included in the BOQ. Discount offered by the bidders will be applicable to these service items also. The Corporation does not give any guarantee for minimum amount of the job to be awarded to you. As per the prevailing site conditions / other conditions including local approvals, statutory requirements etc, job will be executed. The construction activities will be executed under the supervision of company engineer / Manager Construction. However, the Corporation will have the option to engage third party agency for supervision of the execution. It is to be noted that conditional tender will not be accepted and the Corporation reserves the right to accept / reject the quote without assigning any reasons to the Contractor. The CAMC contract shall be valid a period of one year from the date of LOI/PO/MOA. The contract shall be extended for one more year with same terms and conditions, with mutual agreement. We are enclosing GCC also for your reference. The rates quoted shall be exclusive of GST. GST shall be paid separately, as applicable.
