10.1 : Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
od588025/2020_2021 : Supplying and fixing at site ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELS (ACP) of approved make and colour certified for exterior applications, 3mm thickness with 28 to 30mm microns PVDF coating confirming to ASTM standard with top aluminium skin of 0.25mm and with a bottom aluminium skin of 0.25mm witt srvice coating of polyeater paint, laminated to a centere core of 2.5mm single recycled low density polythylene material.The pannels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimentions with the site condition. The pannel shall be fixed on pre fabricated frame work using 38mm*25mm*1mm thick Aluminium extruded sections of approved make joined with standared cleats and fastners. The gaps formed between the pannels shall be sealed with silicone sealent.The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials labour for errection, hire charges of scaffolding, etc. complete.
21.5 : Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee /angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately ).
