Material:
Galvanized steel poles of tubular in design and swaged of the length 7 meters, with top cap welded and lightning spike and including MUFF @ 20 per Kms.
Galvanized steel poles of tubular in design and swaged of the length 8 meters, with top cap welded and lightning spike and including MUFF @ 5 per Kms.
Stay arrangement for 7M/8M steel poles
Services inclusive of all of the following :
Erection of 7 m / 8m poles including excavation, fixing of MUFF, concreting, curing, Backfilling, Reinstatement, Compaction of earth, Stay arrangements etc. including obtaining Right-of- Way (RoW) permission and sign writing on poles with paint
Slinging / Laying and splicing of ADSS / AOF including fixing of installation accessories and fixtures, supply and installation of Splitters etc. Splicing & Jointing of Optical Fibre Cable, Link Testing & Acceptance Testing and makeover of route with As Built Diagram (ABD) of installed Cable routes. This also includes cost towards collection of ADSS Cable / AOF Cable and accessories from BSNL’s Store Depot.
Installation of FDF and WSC/FTB, leading-in arrangement, jointing of Pig Tails and all other related activities for construction of ADSS /Aerial OFC route.
Optional requirement
Construction of Joint Chambers of pre cast RCC, supply & Fixing of GI Pipe and PLB pipe for bringing down the OF Cable & splicing, supply of stone slab for covering the Chamber and sand for filling the chamber.
Laying of PLB pipes(depth 100 cm) at appropriate depth, with DWC/GI laying including concrete and curing laying and splicing of underground OF cable
