Maintenance of Horticulture work in factory at BEL Kotdwara

FIRST YEAR RATES

Complete maintenance of the entire horticulture work in factory, i.e. lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, owing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste,Clearing grass including vegetation and disposal of green waste green waste material by Mechanical transport (Rikshaw/e-rikshaw) including loading, transporting, unloading to waste management yard / compost pit complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Maintenance of nursery, flower beds, indoor building plants like watering and regular replacment, maintance of Pakshi Udhayan area and any green in the factory complete and filling compost/vermi compost pits with green waste,sprinkling water and taking out compost generated in vermicompost/compost pits.Applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good Earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge ((Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide,Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/ articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge.Apprx. quantity : 107500 Sqm per month x 12 months =1290000 Sqm per annum.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including carriage(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% towards voids).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure including carriage(manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :

Spreading of dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note: The cost of dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately under relevant item of work).

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood treesand saplingsof girth up to 30 cm measured at height of 1.0 meter above ground level and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of up to 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Removing of Bee/yellow bee Hives-less than 1 sq.f
