Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable light fittings such as sketch type / box type / security light fittings by un screwing from boards / walls / buildings and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Concealed point wiring with 1100V grade 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated cable, copper conductor multistranded passing through and including concealed PVC 20mm dia (light duty) conduit and conduit accessories with concealed MS / PVC box and logic modular white plate of suitable size as required at site with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth wire connected to common earth dolly as specified for one light point controlled by one switch all as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Rate quoted includes for cost of cutting chases in wall / floor / ceiling, making holes for MS / PVC box and making good to the original surfaces of any description disturbed. (2) Switch and socket shall be measured and paid for separately.
