Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface spraying primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification Clause 502

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitmen emulsion V.G..10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with Machenical Broom as per MORD technical specification Clause-503

Providing, laving & rolling of open graded Premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm Aggregates using VG-10 grade Bitumen to reqquired line, and level including mixing in a suitable HMP, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tone capacity to serve as wearing coarse on a previously base as per MORD specification no. 508

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical specification Clause-510

Brick edging on both side of the road of M- 150 brics 7 cm . Wide. 11cm. Deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer -in -charge.
