M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling &mass concreting etc as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded & solidely hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) using locally available best stone complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 3 above but except stone (stone shall be obtained from demolition ) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Providing PCC bond stone (for stone walling), type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for flush pointing to RR stone masonry un-coursed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in , copings. kneelers, apex stones, , etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham- fers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling unframed work 40 sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness, in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed

S & F for pre-painted Trapezoidal profile galvalume or Zincalume profiled coloured coated steel sheet 0.60mm total thickness (with coting and painting) as in roof covering/cladding, fixed with self tapping screws (make Hilti/Fischer), neoprene and EPDM washers class 3 of AS-3566(5.5-14X5 for crest and 5.5-14X25 for valley fixed) with 150mm end lap and one corrogation side lap whereever required penetrations and lap in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile/HDPE fillers shall be provided whereever required to close voids between sheets and fastners etc. as in roof covering/ cladding in straight or curved surface in any height complete all as specified and directed. S & F Pre- painted factory made profiled galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based ridges of 0.60 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repirs for mild steel work in hand rails, post and struts in fencing including tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron, fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 10cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ms galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of black bituminous paint including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n exc 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described , applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for providing and fixing 610mm dia Razor Concertina Coil fencing with and including required clips, pins etc as per specification fixed on the Y angle. Each Concertina coil shall be fixed to MS Angle with existing rows of barbed wire, on each of Y angle. There shall be 80 circles in each 9m length, No of clips in each 9m - 200 Nos, Central core wire 12 SWG hot galvanised hight stenciled wire; UTS - 145-160 Kg/sqmm; Razor strip - 0.5mm thick hot dipped galvanised and length 19mm; clips 1.5mm thick made of SS AISI 410 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Payment shall be made on length of Security Wall/ Fencing & not actual length of Concertina coil.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, but with riveted,welded or boalted with attachment of grade Fe-450 W complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished to receive floor treatment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors/paving finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.
