Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of : Fiber and Asbestos Sheet.

Roofing with Galvanized iron color coated trafford sheets 0.50mm (including colour coated G.I ridge, hip and valley sheets, j-bolts, washers etc) on a frame work of M.S. rectangular pipes (B-class) m.s rods, iron plates, etc. ( already done and paid seperately) with over laps of 150mm at the ends all cost of materials conveyance and labour charges etc complete all levels as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing Poly carbonate plain sheet 2 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size (5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical/ curved surface, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size shapes where ever required. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.

Steel work in built up tubular (square, rectangular or round hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc.using 3mm thick weld mesh and 1/2"x1/2" pictch nominal size etc. and frame with 3/4"x3/4" GI square pipe, including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. As per direction of Engineer incharge

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm
