Notes: 1.The bidder shall fill its bid in % (percentage) above or below (+/-) the estimated cost put to the tender. At the time of the signing of Contract Agreement, the quoted and agreed percentage will be equally weighed to all the particular items mentioned in the BOQ of the tender in accordance with the estimated item wise rate adopted by the employer for arriving at the tendered cost. The percentage above or below shall be quoted both in figures and words. Corrections if any shall be made by crossing out, initialling, dating and rewriting. 2.Before quoting rates in the financial bid, the bidder is advised to go through the scope of work mentioned in the RFP or which the tendered amount has been arrived at by JSCL. 3. If there is a discrepancy between the figures and words, the price quoted in words shall prevail. 4. Any hard copy submission of the Financial Bid shall lead to rejection of the Bid. 5. Bidder has to quote the price inclusive of all taxes. 6. GST shall not be paid extra. 7. Maximum Budget for the event is Rs. 20.00 Lakhs. Bid of any agency quoting above Rs. 20.00 lakhs shall be rejected.
