Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given belowwith/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportionand dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhamametal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finis hand GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriageof pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling upthe excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. S/F arm bracket of 50 mm bore tubular Pipe (M.S.) of 1. 5 m (5’) length for fixing on 75/100 mm pole top includingS/F 4 mm thick M.S. plate welded with bolts, nuts & clamps. [UDMA sch Pg - 5, item 20]

Earthing with 15.88 mm dia 1.8 mtr. long G.I. earth spike against each pole. Ref: KMC schedule.

Painting of steel tubular Pole of lengths and and no of coats of paint as given below with raedy mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl.preparation of surfsce by sand paper/emery paper cleaning etc.for receiving fresh coat of paint. i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO primer [PWD sch 2017 - Pg - H2, item 4(a)]

Supplying and delivery of 90 W LED street light , Aesthetically designed road way luminiare with excellent thermal management , pressure die cast aluminum housing IP66 , luminarie with high power LED as approved technical specification and rate by UDMA vide Memo No. 1528(3)/UD&MA-13013 (99) / 1312020 -estt TCP SEC dept. of UD&MA dated 08.12.2020.

Supply and delivery of 3 Core 1.5 Sq.mm Copper unarmoured cable , Connection from Pole to light fixture. Make: Incab/CCl/Gloster/Crystal / Havells /R.R. Kabel / Polycab. [PWD scg 2017 - Pg 9, item 1(b)]

laying of GI/CF/HD poly pipe at an average depth of 760 mm below GL including cutting head crust and water bound macadam as required and provided fish wirre for drawing of including fefilling the trench with shiefted soil duly compacted dia of HD pipe -40mm , 6kg/sq CM working pressure confirming to IS 4984-1085 .( PWD plumbing Pg 19-124 & 12-124 )

Supply of 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated Aluminum conductor armoured Cable 4 core 10 Sq.mm, Make: Incab /CCl/Gloster/Crystal / Havells /R.R. Kabel / Polycab [UDMA sch Pg 11, item 1c/3]

Laying of one cable upto 50 Sq.mm through existing RCC / Hume / GI pipe open masonry trench for single 2,2,3.5& 4 core. (PWD-17, F-1/3a).

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofXLPE/PVC Armoured cables as below. For 4 core 10 Sq.mm (PWD-17, F-4, sl no. 7c).

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables bycrimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket(Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : For 4 core 10 Sq.mm (PWD-17, F-5, sl no. 8b/i)
