Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors.

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of:

(a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.

(b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

600 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH).

Providing and fixing 2mm thick antistatic PVC flooring ( sand-witched layer ) of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on smooth and damp proof base with necessary adhesive of approved quality and manufacture like Dunlop including providing & fixing copper strip for earthing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Making opening of approx. size 0.90mx 1.05m size in brick masonry wall at any height for fixing of AC and finishing the surface with cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Shifting of wooden work station Table of Approx. size 5.20mx0.65mx0.76m High from one place by necessary dismantling and refixing at another place at same floor with necessary brackets, screws, nails, cleats, dash fasteners, adhesives, etc. as per requirement including necessary labour, tools & plants as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Closing of Exhaust fan opening of approx. size up to 0.60m dia. in brick masonry wall at any height with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the same with cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing, false flooring and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Removal of antistatic flooring including adhesive from floor and cleaning the surface etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Deduction for taking over of unserviceable materials obtained from dismantling/ demolishing as is where is basis. Note : Materials shall be taken over by the contractor at his own cost and will allow to deduct at the quoted rate from the bill of payment.

Providing aluminium for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections like cleat angle, aluminium snap beading etc. of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred etc. and as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

For fixed portion

Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Labour charges for construction of aluminium doors, windows, ventilators and partitions etc. as per architectural drawings and to be executed as follows as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Costruction aluminium frame work for fixed portionas well as for shutters for doors, windows, ventilators, etc. by fixing aluminium extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws including cutting in required size etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket or silicone sealant etc., jointed mechanically wherever required with cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, etc., all complete. The item includes providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required, cost of providing C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, dash fasteners of required dia and size, EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket for filling up the gaps at junctions, silicone sealant for filling up the gap at the junction of wall/slab and aluminium partition, etc.

b) Fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The item includes cost of C.P. brass / stainless steel screws required for fixing panels.

c) Fixing of 5mm thick glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. The item includes cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required for fixing glass.

d) The above all opearation includes necessary labours involved in construction of partitions, doors, windows, Tools & plants, scaffolding, etc. and cost of materials mentioned above in items. The materials required for constructing aluminium partition, door, windows etc. i.e. aluminium section, 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board and 5mm thick glazing shall be provided departmentally and deficient material will be paid separately in relavant item. Overall area of partition including doors and windows will be measured for payment.

Provding and Fixing 12mm dia. M.S. rod of length up to 1.25m threded on both ends to Aluminium door shutters for proper functioning of door shutters All complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.30mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondaryintermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling usinggalvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in- Charge.
